"Santa Giustina is located in the hills above Pianello Val Tidone, in an area dedicated to organic farming, in the middle of a private wildlife reserve. In addition to the grapevine, crops that are little known in the Piacenza area have been introduced, such as lavender and sunflower, which in the summer paint the landscape in wonderful colours.
The firm consists of an old village that has been fully structured, in the centre of which is the church of Santa Giustina and San Michele. This church, now private, was once a parish church, and is still considered of great importance for farmers in the area and beyond.
The agricultural area covers 120 hectares of land, divided into annual crops, tree crops (vines, lavender and beautiful forests) and animal crops (alfalfa, sunflower, etc.). This variety of crop growing allows a perfect balance between man and nature, and wildlife is particularly rich and varied."
