The company headquarters, on the Caprafico Plains, consists of an old country house built during the last century. The company is located on hilly land in the Guardiagrele countryside. It produces cereals, pulses and olives, and aims to enhance its products through careful selection of the varieties, techniques and processing methods used, following and rediscovering the traditional approach of the Mediterranean diet. The rediscovery of ancient cultivars allows to do without fertilizers and other artificial chemicals.
Pasta made with farro and barley, grown according to ancient traditions of the Mediterranean population, and then stone-ground, is a healthy food by nature, good for the land. And above all, it tastes delicious.
