The head is soft yet persistent. The bouquet is sweet; the palate displays citrus notes and slight hints of resin. An extremely well-balanced and pleasantly bitter beer. Pour it into a tall conical glass to perfectly capture its generous and persistent head. DB5 can be enjoyed throughout a meal, paired with pizza or cheeses, veal with tuna sauce and delicate fried fish, but also between meals, thanks to its refreshing and thirst-quenching qualities. Malt of Italian origin. Alcohol 5.3% vol.
