Feudo dei Sanseverino is a small farm business in Saracena, a little town clinging to the mountains of the Pollino National Park. It was founded by the Enotrians who, in ancient times, brought their wine culture to these slopes overlooking the ancient lands of Magna Graecia. The company came about thanks to the passion and commitment of Roberto and Maurizio Bisconte, who have always been enthusiastic about the culture and enological potential of their land.
They follow the biodynamic philosophy of natural winemaking, with the aim of producing high quality wines and oils using only indigenous grape vines and centuries-old olive trees, a firm indication of a healthy territory.
The wines need time to express themselves in their individual markers of colour, aromas and flavours. This time is then compensated by a longevity capable of recounting the knowledge, history and culture of the beauty of originality and authenticity.
It supports and respects the environment, combining a culture of artisan craftsmanship with modern techniques used to achieve quality, hygiene and product preservation, by re-evaluating a farming method that has long disappeared in order to bring about development and productivity without compromising natural conditions.
Wines that recount stories of a special land and traditions learned from family values and life dreams that are deeply interconnected. Produced in a world without time that follows natural rhythms, an entirely authentic place.
