Organic farming means offering products that are free of chemical residues and characterised by their high quality and excellent nutritional properties, but not only.
The farm uses solely organic fertilizers and takes on the traditional agricultural techniques of Alta Langa, with some improvements.
In the vineyards and hazel groves, all the pruning, shoot binding and fruit harvesting are strictly carried out by hand, in order to meticulously control the crucial phases of production.
