Crafted pasta, made with the best durum wheat semolina, selected from the wheat crops of the hills around Pisa. Bronze-drawn, processed at a very low temperature and slow-dried: a procedure respected in every phase that gives Bertoli pasta an absolutely natural consistency, making it tasty and easily digestible, and also preserving its precious biological and nutritional values, typical of good Tuscan durum wheat.
