Wholewheat Fusilli

Our pasta is produced exclusively with durum wheat cultivated directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. The pasta is bronze drawn with circular dies and slowly dried at temperatures below 44° C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta. The Wholewheat Fusilli are 40mm long and 12mm wide. Cooking time is between 7-9 minutes.
