Picholine Monovariety is an extra virgin olive oil with an exuberant and enveloping bouquet, with notes of artichoke, green tomato and wildflowers. The taste is intense, clean and lingering, with spicy sensations and a balanced bitterness. It is a rare "monovariety", produced by few others in Italy. It goes well with substantial dishes such as: red meats, legume soups or the classic Apulian grilled octopus.
Recently it received an award of excellence in the competition "Il Magnifico" 2018 edition, and was awarded 3 leaves by Gambero Rosso. Olio Poldo
