Flour obtained by grinding and grafting a carefully selected blend of tender grains with the addition of bran subjected to an exclusive and patented selection process. The bran used to prepare this flour has a bioavailability of soluble fibres 20% higher than a traditional bran, and is completely devoid of the woody fraction that gives the product a bitter taste, chewing difficulties and in many cases irritation of the colon. Even though it has the look of a traditional white flour type "00", Intera Farina® (Wholemeal Flour) is a source of soluble fibre (arabinoxylans*) and is lignin-free and cellulose-free. Type "0" Farina Intera® is in every way suitable for human consumption, and complies with Italian food legislation.
