Molise Goloso is a small family-run artisan company, that processes products from the territory, respecting the seasonality of the raw materials and following traditional processing methods that have been handed down to us by those who have been using them every day since time immemorial.
In particular the Pomodoro di Montagano, a particularly sweet tomato with low acidity and exceptional antioxidant properties. It has recently been demonstrated that the Montagano tomato contains a particularly high amount of lycopene and other antioxidants, both when fresh and when processed, which is when these components become concentrated, as in our traditional sauce.
The oil preserves are produced by carefully selecting the best fresh seasonal vegetables and preserving them in quality Molise extra virgin olive oil, to enhance the goodness of the fresh vegetables.
Extra fruit jams, with well over 100% fruit, are prepared exclusively with abundant amounts of fresh seasonal fruit and very little sugar, without the use of thickening agents to maintain the taste of ripe fruit.
Finally, the Ready range offers traditional Molisan dishes and non Molisan dishes that are ready to heat and serve up, prepared according to ancient recipes and completely free from preservatives.
