For the past ten years Giusto Magrelli has been promoting typical Umbrian products in its Cascia shop. In fact, Giusto Magrelli's business began in 1996, right next door to the Sanctuary of Santa Rita. In 1999 he invented the liqueur known as "Lacrime di Cinghiale" (Boar's tears), in response to the need for something extraordinary and innovative. Still driven by this desire for innovation, in 2005 he created chocolate flavoured with Cascia saffron. Giusto Magrelli combines the tradition of typical Norcia products with a taste for novelty and experimentation.
