A green-coloured oil with light yellow highlights. It has an intensely fruity olive aroma and flavour with a clear and pleasant note of bitterness. It has a very aromatic fragrance, which is characteristic of these olive varieties: Ogliarola, Cellina di Nardò, Picholine, Leccino, Frantoio and Carolea. This is a blend of premium olive varieties, with some from ancient trees in the DOP region of Ostuni, which are hand picked and cold pressed to maintain all of their flavour and sensory properties. Perfect for drizzling over any dish, it is great on salads and fish, but you can also use it for tasty fried dishes.
