Vittoria Nero d'Avola DOC, made from Nero d'Avola grapes, comes from Terra Ocra soil. The cretaceous structure, containing a good amount of sand, makes the soil loose and light, unique characteristics that makes a great Nero d'Avola. It is a small vineyard that produces no more than 800g of grapes per plant. The wine is called Tané, which in Sicilian means Gaetana.
