The most suitable varieties of Chardonnay are used to make a wine that, when aged with yeast in the bottle, achieves a great level of finesse and elegance. The classic vinification technique is long and patient. Only in this way does the Chardonnay fragrance blend with the pleasant bread crust aroma given off by the yeast. A sparkling wine from Piedmont with a fruity bouquet, ideal in company with seafood dishes, appetisers and delicate first courses.
