The quality of Dalla Costa pasta is in the quality of its raw materials: produced using specially selected semolina and an extremely attentive manufacturing process, right from mixing the dough to drying. The result is a top quality, elastic yet firm pasta that maintains its dense consistency when cooked, with the aromas, colours and flavours that make it unique.
The persistence and great character of Dalla Costa pasta are the result of carefully selected durum wheat semolina flour, its expert production process, extrusion through bronze dies only and scrupulous drying methods. The semolina flour used in the dough is taken from the core of the grain of wheat. No additives or colorants are put with the dried spices and vegetables that give Dalla Costa pasta its flavour, aroma and colour. The ingredients come from controlled, non-GMO crops, that are free from radiation.
All products are certified ORGANIC, and about a year ago the company launched a gluten-free range with its own dedicated factory.
Since 2004 the company has been licensed to reproduce some of the most famous Disney© characters in its pasta, such as Mickey & Co., The Princess and Cars.
