The pasta is dried at a low temperature for more than 20 hours, bronze drawn and made with high quality, ancient semolina grain flours, such as Senatore Cappelli. Processed and nested by hand. The pasta, made from Senatore Cappelli wholewheat durum semolina flour and sweet chestnut flour, is enhanced by tasty meat and cheese based sauces.
