Produced with fresh, locally sourced, seasonal vegetables (mainly "zero km"), the certified firm continues to stand out for its original and healthy recipes. They do not contain antioxidants and preservatives, only vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and natural seasonings. With the fresh taste of black cabbage and leek, wrapped in an oriental curry aftertaste, excellent for seasoning pasta or risotto, tasty croutons or adding an extra touch to meat or fish recipes. The study of the recipe has led to combining three main ingredients that have numerous useful properties for our body. The black cabbage contains many minerals and fatty acids, important for our body since we are not able to produce them on our own but must take them through food; the leek, an ancient vegetable known by the Egyptians and the Romans, activates the purifying functions of our body by acting as a remineraliser, and finally curry, a mixture of mortar-crushed spices of Indian origin, rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, able to fight free radicals. All these properties remain almost unchanged thanks to vacuum cooking at about 35-40°C.
