Pan Puccini was invented by our great-great-grandfather, at the request of the Puccini family he created the first Pan Puccini, using figs from their country house. So, thanks to our ancestor's creative flair, to this day you can taste this unmistakable dessert just as it was then. The result of an ancient recipe that knows how to give each ingredient its true importance, without overlapping flavours but by enhancing each one of them. The perfect balance of a combination of raw materials is combined with careful selection and research, using only the best ingredients: San Rossore pine nuts, figs and raisins soaked in Vin Santo and honey from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
