Fiori d’Arancio is made from grapes in the cool of early morning to preserve the intense but delicate aromas of Moscato Giallo, lightly crushed and soft-pressed. This is followed by decantation at low temperature and fermentation at 16°C for 9-10 days, and then racking and clarification. The new wine remains on the lees for the next few weeks, until bottling. The resulting wine is a bright-coloured white. The bouquet is a heady blend of citrus, apple and apricot aromas. In the mouth the flavour is dry, fresh and aromatic.
