At the beginning of 1800 Mr. Nicita Michele, owner of the land, was already growing ancient Greek grape varieties from the 8th century BC with great passion, producing an exceptional liqueur wine with an intense and ample bouquet, smooth, warm and sweet, with a perfectly harmonious aftertaste and great structure. These characteristics were refined over time by the energy that granddaughter Flavio Latella put into this estate, continuing it with dedication and love just like her father, Ferdinando Latella who had inherited, developed and handed down the land. Thus the family pride has been transformed into a true wine-growing company, ready to achieve success both nationally and abroad. The Tenuta Dioscuri company has a winery in the middle of the vineyards, with greenhouses made especially for the drying of the Greco di Bianco grapes, for healthy grapes of the best quality possible: this is the Greco di Bianco wine described as nectar of the gods. In 1980 it was awarded the DOC Controlled Designation of Origin status. The wine is only produced in Bianco and in part of of Casignana in Calabria, in the province of Reggio Calabria.
