Langhe Arneis DOC is a classic and pleasant expression of this typical Piedmont grape variety. Straw yellow in colour with golden hues. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The bunches are gently pressed and fermented for 10 days at a temperature of 18°C. The wine is bottled in the winter to fully preserve its fruity aromas. A full-bodied wine, perfect for an aperitif and to accompany fish dishes and delicate first courses. Try it with asparagus.
