From Friuli Tai comes Lison DOCG. Harvesting usually takes place in the first ten days of September. The grapes are vinified with an initial skin maceration for 12 hours, followed by a soft pressing and then a period spent in a steel tank for 12-15 days at a temperature of 16-18°C. What you get is an excellent wine with an intense bouquet and full flavour. Try it for yourself!
