A typical product of Salina. Obtained from the same grape used to produce the Malvasia Delle Lipari Passito, this is a white fish wine, made using a strict white wine vinification method. The must obtained is fermented at 15/18 degrees to preserve its characteristic aromas. With the typical scents of Malvasia, it presents a faintly marked density. It goes well with delicate dishes and shellfish. Excellent as an aperitif.
