Franciacorta Brut La Manéga is a straw-colored DOCG wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are harvested exclusively by hand in the Gussago vineyards and brought to the winery in 16-18kg crates. The fermentation of the must takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and the wine remains on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of three months. The resulting wine has an intense bouquet with hints of bread crust. Excellent sapidity and balance. Perfect enjoyed at a temperature of 10-12°C. Ideal throughout a meal. All you have to do is uncork the bottle!
