Charmat sparkling wine with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Second fermentation takes place in an autoclave for the prise de mousse process. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for at least 6 months, for this reason it is considered a long Charmat method. Aged in the bottle for at least 60 days.
