Right of withdrawal
If you change your mind after placing an order on Destination Gusto and you no longer wish to receive the goods, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as stipulated by article 52 of the Consumers' Code. Contact our Customer Service centre, with your order code at hand, and one of our operators will assist you for any withdrawal transaction. If you need to return the goods you received, contact Customer Services with your order code at hand: we'll take care of checking what happened and the necessary conditions for activating the returns process on your behalf.
If your application is accepted, we'll send you an email containing instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for shipping costs. We offer the option of collecting the product by express courier, directly from the address indicated on your order; the return is free within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You need to be available for the pick-up by the courier at the address you indicated between Monday and Friday.
Remember to return the original packaging, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. The returned parcel must include a copy of the Order Confirmation sent to the email address indicated by you or the transportation document present on the package when it was received. Parcels paid for by cash on delivery or freight collect will under no circumstances be collected.
