Cancellation and return
You can cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, i.e. it is still marked with an "in progress" or "awaiting payment" status.
To do this, you must contact Destination Gusto customer service at the address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the toll-free number 800 046 616, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00.
If, at the time of cancelling the order, payment has already been made, you need to contact Destination Gusto customer service to request a refund.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days after the date of reception of the goods. To register an order cancellation the request needs to be formalised by email at the address email@example.com.

The products must be returned to the Destination Gusto Shop, arriving within 14 days of the return being formalised via e-mail. The products must arrive perfectly intact, in their original packaging, without any damage, containing all the supporting documentation, such as labels, cases, etc., and repackaged in such a way that they can be put back on sale.
Please note that, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Exceptions to the right of withdrawal), this right does not apply to:
orders of made-to-measure or clearly customised products;
orders of Products that are likely to rapidly deteriorate or expire;
orders of sealed Products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygiene- or health protection-related reasons, or products that have been opened after delivery.
After products have been received and confirmed, the refund procedure will be started if, and only if, the products have been shipped according to the predefined terms.

We ask you to always check the integrity of the received package. If you see an anomaly or damage to the packaging, you can choose to accept the order and sign the receipt document adding the phrase "CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED". In this way it will be easier and faster to process any refund for damage attributable to the transport phase.
You may also refuse to accept the package. The complaint must be forwarded directly to the courier; you should then inform Destination Gusto customer service about what happened using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, we will meet replacement and reshipment costs. If there is no apparent damage to the packaging, but damage is detected after opening, you need to contact Destination Gusto customer service at the address email@example.com. We ask you to give the order number in the e-mail and describe in detail the damage found, attaching photos of the damaged product. It is possible to ask for delivery to a residential or commercial address, as indicated at the time of ordering, or at one of the 2 locker collection points in Turin. Deliveries are made during business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
You will receive an email confirming the order as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Our shipments are made by SDA courier or other leading express couriers. Someone needs to be present at the delivery address to receive the item and sign the waybill. If there is no one at the delivery address, two delivery attempts will be made. If the delivery attempts are not successful, SDA will forward the order to the local warehouse, where the order will remain for a maximum of 5 working days before returning to our warehouse. Payment by bank transfer must be made after the purchase process is complete. The goods will only be shipped on receipt of the transfer, which must be made within 5 days of the order being created. After this period, the site will not be able to guarantee the availability of the ordered good.

The data to be filled in for credit card payments must match the card details. A typing error is sufficient for the transaction to be refused, therefore this information must be filled in very carefully. On the other hand, you may have exceeded your credit limit, or your card may have expired. We suggest you contact your bank if you have questions about your credit card.
Yes, enter your billing information when ordering. After the order has been completed it is not possible, for tax reasons, to change the billing details.
