When your order arrives, we advise you to immediately check that the parcel and the goods are undamaged. If something is wrong, contact our Customer Service centre and request a refund of your payment. Visit the Refunds page for further information.
Meanwhile, here are some tips on what you should check straight away:
- make sure the packaging is intact. If it is not, please leave the parcel with the courier and inform us immediately;
- always sign the document delivered to you by the courier, adding the phrase 'Accepted with Reservation'. In this way it will be easier for you to request a refund for any damage that occurred during shipping;
- if the package you receive is damaged or incomplete, take photographs of the outside and the contents and contact our Customer Services. We'll explain how to send it back to us and activate the refund procedure.
